originator/teacher at the Kane School in NYC, I often feel like my clients need “hands on” to facilitate their healing. I have never found a practitioner, that I trust more fully, to handle any orthopedic, neurological, or general function issues than Kate. –Kelly Kane, Kane School of Core Integration

heart and diabetic problems, on the top of all – he is my father-in-law. Tuff? You tell me. Last year after a car accident he started to fall apart. He went to different medical doctors, but things were changing to the worse and I couldn’t take it any more. First time we went to see Dr. Kate he was more than skeptical (doctor!), but right after the visit he looked at me with surprise in his eyes – he felt wonderful for the first time since the accident. It is already 5 months and with his diet change, supplements and craniosacral therapy his blood work is great, he doesn’t need a handful of pills for every ache in his body simply because there in no more pain. This is only one of many stories from my family.– Olga Z.
Nutritional Counseling
challenging life period, I began developing persistent, physical symptoms that were abnormal for my body. Some of the symptoms included: fatigue not relieved by sleep, joint inflammation, unexplained rashes, edema, headaches and nausea.
Dr. Kate Klemer was the first doctor I had visited who listened keenly to two things: the nature and extent my physical symptoms, and the details of my lifestyle. With her holistic approach and extensive knowledge of nutrition, Dr. Kate traced many of the symptoms’ root causes back to nutrition, namely to what foods I had been including and excluding from my so-called “healthy” diet.
At first, I was unsure if I could make the dietary changes that Dr. Kate recommended. What about my “fixes” during times of stress and fatigue? But I was so desperate to feel better that I agreed to follow the diet strictly for two weeks.
At the end of those two weeks, many trouble spots had calmed down significantly. Excited by this progress, I continued to follow Dr. Kate’s recommendations. Now, several months later, nearly all of the symptoms have subsided. Thanks to Dr. Kate’s attention and expertise in nutrition, I have learned what foods are right – just for me – and how I can avoid unnecessary physical discomfort in the future.

Craniosacral Therapy
Take the time now to make an appointment with Dr. Kate for lifestyle changes that can only better you.
My doctor ran every test under the sun but couldn’t come up with an answer, so he sent me off down the street to an ophthalmologist; later I walked out with a referral to a neuro ophthalmologist with a diagnosis of possible glaucoma!
A week later the neuro was sure I didn’t have glaucoma, but still couldn’t give a diagnosis, he sent me for an MRI; it came back clean. I was now referred to a retina specialist with an excellent reputation. The neuro ophthalmologist confirmed that I should wait and after six months, whatever my condition is will be permanent. Sorry, I’m NOT buying it!
I decided to call Peter, an intuitive healer I’ve known for years. Well Peter said I needed cranial sacral therapy. I took to Google to locate one immediately, and find out what cranial sacral therapy was! After about 15 minutes, I decided Dr. Kate would be my choice because she had a well-organized, informative website; that surpassed my expectations with much more literature one would expect to find that was written by herself no less!
I actually got to chat with Dr. Kate on the phone before even booking an appointment and there was a such good energy I was feeling from her, so I knew I made the right choice. After our first treatment I got home two hours later and sat in front of the computer, I thought I was fooling myself, because my vision was actually clearer! By the fourth visit my vision was completely restored. I told everyone about Dr. Kate because I really feel that she saved my life in terms of restoring it to what it was and for what was to come.
She’s not just a cranial sacral therapist, she is a complete mind-body medicine expert, and nutritionist, who also happens to be a chiropractor. Aside from my eye trouble and cranial healing, she discussed nutritional changes that I should make as wanting to be on a path of better health.
She recommended that I give up wheat and barley products; when I did, the piercing knee pain I experienced for over a year disappeared in two weeks; and I was relieved of overall aches, tiredness and tightness in my body.
Dr. Kate is tuned in and necessary in my life. I am constantly grateful that I listened to my instincts, and did things less conventionally following the path that led to Dr. Kate and better health. I truly feel that she saved my life. I do feel blessed to have access to her. I suggest you don’t wait for an obvious ailment to present itself.

When I began experiencing back and neck pain of my own, I visited my usual primary care physician. Unfortunately, that experience left me feeling unrelieved of my pain, unhappy with side effects from strong prescriptions, and ultimately “unheard” by my MD.
I made an appointment with Dr. Kate, and I soon experienced a completely different approach to healing. As a craniosacral therapist, Dr. Kate said she would serve as my guide and partner in relocating the health that I knew to be somewhere inside my body.
During the first sessions of CST, Dr. Kate located and gently released pockets of unhealthful energies that were competing against my own natural healing energies. I was able to feel this happening both during the treatments and shortly thereafter.
In the CST sessions that followed, Dr. Kate energized and directed the body’s healing energies toward joints and other inflamed, painful areas. After each session, I usually felt an ache in the places she had focused on, and then a noticeable relief there the following day.
It was after my seventh CST session that my body finally let go of the last “lock” on the remaining area of pain. It was, and is, such a relief to be able to move freely again!” Dr. Kate’s approach to healing is gradual and consistent. It is patient and gentle. It is effective at relieving discomforts with a non-invasive technique.
